Project Overview
Project Quebic is a 2D Metroidvania platformer set in an alternate, steampunk-infused Victorian London. Players navigate a richly detailed world of industrial marvels and social disparity, employing fluid traversal mechanics and a unique time manipulation ability.
Overview
Led a team of 8 student developers to create a 2D adventure game set in an alternate-history Victorian London. The game features fluid parkour mechanics, time manipulation abilities, and strategic combat, all wrapped in a distinctive steampunk aesthetic. Over one year, we delivered a playable demo that won Best Narrative and Best Art Direction at our university's game showcase.

Role: Producer and Project Manager
- Directed project planning and execution, managing timelines and milestones for a cross-disciplinary team.
- Coordinated programmers, artists, and designers, assigning tasks based on strengths and project needs.
- Established production pipelines and communication protocols to align creative and technical efforts.
- Oversaw the integration of gameplay, art, and sound into a cohesive player experience.
